Our specialties are river fish like ayu (sweetfish) and trout which thrive in the clear streams nearby, and Meisui Tofu made with Gorogoro Mizu, a spring water recognized as one of the 100 Best Waters in Japan.
With sukiyaki (beef hotpot with sweet sauce) or kamonabe (duck hotpot), we serve 250 g of meat for each adult to ensure everyone is satisfied.
A total of five rooms are available.
From riverside rooms, you can see the clear stream of the Yamagami River and Ryusenji Temple, a sacred site of Shugendo (Japanese mountain asceticism) on the other side.
During the autumn leaf viewing season (around the beginning of November in a typical year), you can enjoy gorgeous fall colors.
